- 6 lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoon HPS Super Ghee
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
- Dry rub lamb chops with super ghee, rosemary and garlic.
- Preheat skillet or griddle pan. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (will vary depending on thickness).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
