Skillet Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 lamb Chops
  • 2 tablespoon HPS Super Ghee
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dry rub lamb chops with super ghee, rosemary and garlic. 
  2. Preheat skillet or griddle pan. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (will vary depending on thickness). 
  3. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
