"Grass-fed" means that the butter comes from pasture-raised cows that roam the hills without restriction. These cows are fed mostly a grass diet, and in winters they are given organic grass silage (conserved grass). This is important because the grass provides the cows with complete nutrition. 

We only use the best Organic & Grass-fed butter from the UK's West Country. Not only that, our other flavoured varieties consists of only organic ingredients.

We searched long and hard for only the best butter to use in our Ghee.

All our Ghee's are versatile and can be used as a spread and in all types of cooking, baking, searing etc. 

Here are few examples our favourite combinations:

• Original - coffee, toast, waffles, pancakes, vegetables etc...
• Turmeric - golden milk, vegetables, chicken, eggs, turmeric latte etc...
• Himalayan Pink Salt -  grilled cheese sandwich, corn, fish, chicken etc...
• CBD - coffee, oatmeal, pancakes, sweet potatoes, cookies etc...
• Roasted Garlic - grilled cheese, pasta, vegetables, steak, naan, curries etc...

Coconut oil has a distinct flavour, it tastes very coconut-y. Also, it doesn't suit all types of food. Ghee has a higher smoke point than coconut oil and has an uber creamy and nutty flavour.

It's shelf-stable and if you keep the jar clean (don’t use dirty spoons) it should last between 3 and 6 months. If it's kept sealed and refrigerated it will keep for up to a year making it far more cost-effective than throwing out old butter left in the fridge for too long.

We recommend storing in cool, dark, & dry place in the kitchen- like a pantry or shelf.

Super Ghee is grass-fed & organic and made in small batches in the UK. It is important to us that the cows are humanly treated and have access to grass throughout the year. As a result, the milk produced is naturally rich in vitamins A, E & K and has higher levels of CLA which then is transferred into our Ghee, making it Super.

We also offer a variety of flavours to please different palettes and cooking styles.

If you have a dairy intolerance, it means it's an intolerance to casein (milk protein) and lactose (the whey). Ghee contains neither. If you suffer with lactose intolerance, you can still enjoy something rich and creamy without feeling like you’re missing out. But, if someone is extremely allergic, do not force them to try it.
